With over 20 years of expertise in mortgage lending, Rosemarie Fair understands that every borrower’s needs are unique. Whether assisting young families in securing their first home or helping empty nesters downsize, she is committed to finding the right financing solution for every stage of life.
As Executive Vice President of Brighton Bank since 2015, Rosemarie oversees the operations of the bank’s secondary mortgage division, ensuring clients receive expert guidance and tailored loan programs. She previously was the owner and mortgage loan originator of Alliance Capital Mortgage in Memphis, TN, where she has helped countless homebuyers navigate the lending process with confidence.
Beyond mortgage lending, Rosemarie has an extensive background in real estate investment and development. She holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and has played a pivotal role in shaping the commercial real estate landscape. As a principal of Innstar Hospitality, she has successfully developed The French Quarter Inn & Suites in six Mid-South cities. She also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Carlisle Corporation, a leading real estate development firm specializing in hotels and Wendy’s restaurant operations.
Her expertise extends into healthcare real estate, having served as Vice President of the real estate division for Methodist Health Systems in Memphis. Additionally, as the owner of Fair Companies, she actively acquires and manages office buildings, retail centers, and hotels, overseeing all aspects of business development.
